Terms and Conditions – Z7 Game Platform Rules

1. General Terms

Z7 Game ("the Platform", "we", "us") provides an online betting and gaming service accessible at z7game.vu. The platform offers sports betting, casino games, fish games, bingo and related entertainment products to registered users.

By accessing z7game.vu and creating an account, you ("the Player", "you") confirm that you have read and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms apply alongside any additional rules published for specific games, promotions or payment methods on the platform.

Z7 Game reserves the right to update, modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. These Terms and Conditions are published in English and are intended for players based in Pakistan. All monetary amounts referenced throughout this document are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise stated.

2. Account Rules

2.1 Eligibility

• You are registering on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• The personal details you provide are accurate, complete and up to date.
• You are not on any self-exclusion list that would restrict your access to online gaming platforms.
• Participation in online betting and gaming is your personal choice and is done from your own funds.

2.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on Z7 Game. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. Where Z7 Game identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts may be suspended and any balances or bonuses forfeited pending investigation.

2.3 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Z7 Game will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account where the breach results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. 2.4 Account Verification

3. Deposits & Payments

Z7 Game processes all deposits in PKR. The following payment methods are currently supported for deposits:

• JazzCash – Mobile wallet deposits processed in real time.
• Easypaisa – Mobile wallet deposits processed in real time.
• Raast – Instant bank-to-platform transfer.
• Bank Transfer – Standard interbank transfer; processing time varies by bank.
• Debit / Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks.
• Mobile Wallets – Other supported mobile wallet providers as listed on the Deposit page.

Z7 Game does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits made from unverified or third-party payment sources may be declined or held pending verification.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. Z7 Game does not charge a fee for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

4. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted from your Z7 Game account at any time. Withdrawals are processed in PKR to a payment method registered in your name. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be paid to payment methods that match the name on your Z7 Game account.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
• Funds credited from active bonuses may not be available for withdrawal until applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• Z7 Game processes the majority of verified withdrawal requests within a short timeframe; JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals to verified accounts typically complete within five to fifteen minutes during normal processing hours.

Z7 Game reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request where there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, account verification is outstanding, or the withdrawal conditions set out in a specific bonus offer have not been satisfied.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on Z7 Game are final once confirmed. Before confirming any bet, please review your bet slip carefully. Z7 Game will not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet that has been confirmed through the platform's standard bet placement process.

5.2 Odds and Markets

Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of bet confirmation are the odds that will apply to your bet. Z7 Game offers both pre-match and live in-play betting on cricket, PSL, football, esports and other sports. Live in-play odds update in real time and reflect current match conditions.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The event is cancelled, abandoned or postponed beyond the applicable settlement window.
• The bet was placed after the outcome of the event was already determined.
• An obvious pricing or technical error occurred that resulted in clearly incorrect odds being offered.
• The market is settled under an official result reversal following a governing body ruling.

Void bets are returned to your account balance in full. The specific settlement rules for individual markets, including cricket match abandonment provisions, are available within the relevant betting markets on the platform.

5.4 Cricket and PSL Specific Rules

For PSL and international cricket matches, the following general provisions apply unless stated otherwise in the specific market rules:

• Match bets require a minimum number of overs to be bowled to be settled as valid, as specified per market.
• In-play bets placed during a DRS review, power outage or other disruption may be cancelled at Z7 Game's discretion.
• Abandoned matches where a result cannot be determined under the relevant cricket rules will be settled as void and stakes returned.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

Z7 Game offers bonuses and promotions to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to its own specific terms, which are published alongside the offer. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the offer-specific terms:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Eligibility conditions vary by offer and will be stated in the promotion details.
• Each player is entitled to claim a specific bonus once unless explicitly stated otherwise in the offer terms.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. Wagering requirements, applicable games and minimum odds restrictions are set out in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses must be used within the validity period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited without notice.
• Z7 Game reserves the right to withdraw, modify or cancel any promotional offer at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled, any bonus funds not yet subject to an active wager may be removed from player accounts.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, using bonuses in a pattern designed to exploit guaranteed returns, or any other conduct that Z7 Game considers to be bonus abuse — will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and associated winnings and may result in account suspension.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Z7 Game. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading personal information during registration or verification.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any other automated means to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market.
• Depositing, wagering or withdrawing funds derived from any unlawful activity.
• Attempting to launder money or use Z7 Game for any financial crime.
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using a VPN, proxy or other tool to circumvent platform access restrictions or misrepresent your location.
• Any conduct intended to defraud Z7 Game or other players on the platform.

Z7 Game monitors accounts for unusual patterns of activity. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, we reserve the right to suspend access and investigate before taking further action.

8. Suspension & Account Closure

Z7 Game may suspend or close an account at any time for the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or any other unlawful conduct.
• Confirmed or strongly suspected underage use.
• Request by the player for voluntary self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be withheld pending investigation. Where the investigation confirms a material breach, those funds may be forfeited.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so at any time by contacting Z7 Game support through the platform's live chat. Any confirmed real-money balance not subject to active wagering requirements will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method upon closure, subject to verification.

9. Responsible Gaming
